AETS contributes to international Translation Technology Symposium

 | AETS shared its expertise at the third Translation Technology Symposium hosted by the Interpreting and Translation Research Group (ITRG) of the University of Western Sydney (UWS) in July 2010. The annual event brings together researchers, academics and practitioners from all over the world to explore the themes of translation technology and the future of the translation industry. |
| AETS was invited to take part in an expert panel discussion on the role of translation technology research in shaping the future of the translation industry, along with NAATI, AUSIT and UWS. A 2-hour workshop on the latest edition of SDL Trados Studio 2009, the ground breaking translation memory tool from SDL Trados technologies, was presented by AETS. The Symposium highlighted the increasingly significant role of technology in the translation industry. |
